So in this blog update you will get to finally see what i kept hidden; the actual text and body copy of the app and the screen slices. To be honest I created a large amount of screens mainly since this project was originally meant to be done as a partner project but as my class size is an odd number I opted to be the odd man out so I could design this concept to the fullest of creation. What i mean by this is that I put in almost 250 hours of work on these slices so that I could accurately transfer the concept in my brain onto the digital art-board. I dedicated so many hours mainly because i believe in completely archiving an idea rather then let a user assume what is supposed to be meant by how an idea is suggesting to be. The original requirement of this project was that “each partner was required to create 10 to 15 screens” in the bicameral group concept so i just inferred that since this project was meant to be a partner project that I should create an app that at a minimum would have 30 app screens. I ended up with 40 which to be honest is only the necessary screens required to animate a final presentation of the app. If I wanted to be a completionist, I would need to actual create another 47 screens to account for errors, outputs, informative pages and tutorial options. But thats another story for later; onto the full color gallery I have promised to you the honest user.
