App Icon Development

“The business of all scales and types have to compete in their niche markets. Therefore, they need marketing strategies to overcome the hurdles created by rivals. A memorable business logo design becomes a handy tool for business owners for driving customers. A unique logo design is perhaps the most visible element of a business.” (Kash 1)

For my icon, I developed a logo using my previously mentioned style guide and logo that complements what the app is related to which is an online chat community. Seen below the icon has a 3D aesthetic that draws the eye towards the center of the screen but doesn’t conflict with other apps on apple or android platforms. It also works well on both light and dark backgrounds.

Progress Update 2

For this update, I added to add an additional 8-9 Black and white screens totaling off the creation menus of the apps group/club forms. Again this is just an overview of the apps as I will be providing a detailed view post later in this blog set which will be longer.
